Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
Yes, we strive to remain compliant with the state of Colorado which states that we cannot discriminate based on source of income. -
Can I reach you after hours?
We utilize an answering service to screen our after hours calls and determine if it is a maintenance emergency. If so, we have an on-call technician that will respond to any emergency maintenance requests. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, monthly distributions are done through ACH. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
You have access to the leases on your owner portal in Rentvine upon request. -
Do you sell real estate too?
We offer free market analysis for your property. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Monthly distributions are done through ACH between the 15th and the 18th of each month and should be available in your account the following business day. -
How is rent collection handled?
Through our online portal, in person, or in our night drop box. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Our standard lease is 12 months but in certain situations, we will allow a shorter lease term. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
$50 less than the actual rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
As soon as a management agreement is signed. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage Single Family Homes, Townhomes, Apartments, Condos, Duplexes and Commercial properties. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
Monthly owner statements and a year end statement. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
We collect and deposit the security funds in a separate escrow account.
